2. Once we receive the returned item we will try to immediately acknowledge it to you, within same working day (if receieved before 4 pm) via an email. We will review the item and as long as the item is unworn and is in the original state and condition when purchased and received, except for the items mentioned in the “Returns Exception List” , we will issue a Credit amount equal to your purchase, in your ClickOnStyle account which may be used to purchase any item of your choice from www.ClickOnStyle.com, as early as we can.
3. Please note that, we do not cover the cost of return shipping as you will be responsible for return shipping charges.
4. We offer refunds ONLY in the form of ClickOnStyle credit. This means that we would issue you credit for the value of the item that you are returning. This will give you the opportunity to choose the size that suits you or to order another item altogether!
5. The decision of THE STYLE CENTRAL READYMADE GARMENTS TRADING LLC will be final & binding on all parties, should there is a discrepancy relating to the condition of an item with regards to whether it is damaged/defective or falls under “Return Exception List” and so on.
6. It is the responsibility of the customer to immediately inform the THE STYLE CENTRAL READYMADE GARMENTS TRADING LLC, should she/he want to return the item for any possible reason.
Returns Exception List
1. If the item is worn or has been damaged after receipt or is not along with the Original Packaging or it is not in the original state and condition when received.
2. For Clearance Items clearly marked as such displaying a 'No-Return Policy' or when the offer note states so specifically
3. Jewelry, Lingerie, Intimate wear or innerwear, due to hygiene reasons.
